Cancellation & No-Show Policy - Effective June 1, 2026

At SecondWind IV & Wellness, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care to every client. To ensure appointment availability and fairness to all clients, the following cancellation and no-show policy applies to all IV therapy, injection, and Botox appointments.

IV Therapy & Injection Appointments:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an IV therapy or injection appointment.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation.
• Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.

For late cancellations or no-shows related to IV therapy or injection services, the client will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost to the card on file.

Botox Appointments:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a Botox appointment.

• Botox appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled Botox appointment without notice will incur a $100 no-show fee.

These fees will be charged to the card on file.

Card On File Authorization:

By scheduling an appointment with SecondWind IV & Wellness, clients agree to maintain a valid credit or debit card on file and authorize SecondWind IV & Wellness to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of management.

Policy Acknowledgement:

By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
